1. Returns
We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items:
- Digital downloads (printable coloring books, templates, or e-books).
- Custom or personalized products.
- Items purchased on final sale or clearance.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: A refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.
- Partial Refunds: In cases where an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, only a partial refund may be issued.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company as processing times may vary. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@diygiftfactory.com.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at support@diygiftfactory.com with photos of the damage and your order details.
4. Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
5. Order Cancellations
